What happens if I receive defective pieces?

We offer a full replacement guarantee for any manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days of delivery. Report the issue with photographs and we will ship replacements at no additional cost. Our defect rate is below 0.5%, but we stand behind every piece.

Can I request third-party testing?

Yes. We can arrange testing through SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or any accredited laboratory you specify. Third-party test reports are provided at cost. Many of our European and Japanese clients require this for regulatory compliance.

Do you provide QC photos before shipping?

Yes. Before every shipment dispatches, we share high-resolution photographs and sometimes video of the completed order. This allows you to verify quantity, quality, and packaging before we ship. Modifications can be made at this stage if anything needs adjustment.

How do you prevent tarnishing during shipping?

Each piece is individually wrapped in anti-tarnish paper or pouches. Silica gel packets are included in every box to absorb moisture. Packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape. For long-duration sea freight shipments, we add additional anti-oxidation measures.

Is your silver really 925?

Guaranteed. Every batch of raw silver is XRF tested upon arrival at our workshop, and finished pieces are spot-tested during final QC. We provide silver purity certificates with every shipment. Clients are welcome to independently test our products — we are confident in the results.

Can I request third-party testing?

Absolutely. We welcome third-party verification and can arrange testing through independent assay offices or laboratories. We are confident in our quality standards and support full transparency in our testing procedures.

What is your defect rate for wholesale orders?

Our defect rate is consistently below 1% for shipped orders. In the rare event that a defective piece is discovered after delivery, we provide immediate replacement at no cost including expedited shipping.

Four QC Checkpoints

Incoming alloy QC: XRF spectroscopic verification of 925 sterling silver content on every batch before production begins.
Mid-production QC: dimensional and finish inspection after casting and before stone-setting — allowing rejection and re-casting at the lowest-cost stage.
Pre-finishing QC: detailed surface and finish review under bright workshop lighting and magnification.
Final QC: piece-by-piece inspection of every unit before it enters the packaging line, with weight verification and final hallmark check.

Defect Rate & Returns

Our multi-point QC system holds our defect rate below 1% on every wholesale shipment. The handful of pieces that fail final QC are reworked or replaced before shipping; in the rare case a defect is discovered after delivery, we replace or refund within 7 days of notification.

OEM and private-label partners receive an additional inspection report with every production run, documenting: total pieces produced, total pieces rejected at each QC stage, alloy XRF results, and final piece-count for shipment.
