CAD Design Service

In-House CAD Design Studio

Rhino, Matrix, and Z-Brush CAD capability to turn your sketches, photos, or briefs into 3D-printed wax prototypes in 5–10 days — the backbone of our OEM service.

In Short

Our in-house CAD studio is staffed by trained jewelry designers using industry-standard Rhino 3D, Matrix, and Z-Brush software. It allows us to translate your brand vision into precise 3D models ready for prototype casting in 5–10 days.

What CAD Design Enables

What CAD Design Enables

CAD modeling lets us produce designs that would be impossible with traditional hand-fabrication alone: intricate three-dimensional geometry, perfect symmetry, precise stone-setting cavities, and identical reproducibility across thousands of pieces.

It also lets us iterate quickly — clients can review renders before committing to physical prototypes, and adjustments take hours rather than days.

CAD Workflow

CAD Workflow

  1. Design brief or sketch — you send us your design intent in any format.
  2. CAD model — our designers produce a Rhino 3D file with full dimensions.
  3. Photorealistic render review — you approve the visual before any production.
  4. 3D-printed wax prototype — 5–10 days from approved render.
  5. Physical sample casting in 925 silver — 2–3 days after wax approval.
  6. Production master file — once you approve the physical sample, the CAD file becomes the master for full production runs.

Pricing

CAD design fees are typically $50–$200 per design depending on complexity, and are credited back to your first production order over 50 pieces. For OEM partners committing to ongoing relationships, CAD fees are often waived entirely.
